I was recently on The Afternoon Commute with Chris Kendall and John Adams to discuss my new show, The CIA and Hollywood. On this week’s episode we had the great honor of speaking with Bill Still. Bill has spent much of his adult life fighting for true monetary reform in America. Bill and I discuss the major issues facing the American people (i.e., government borrowing, fractional reserve banking, and the privately owned, banker-run Federal Reserve). In particular we focused on the notion of a return to the gold standard. Bill and I tackle some of the popular myths that goldbug proponents often use when talking about a return to gold-backed money. This is a very important conversation for anyone concerned about the largest scandal in American history, which is of course the destruction of our power to create and control our money.
