Porkins Policy Radio episode 97 The Decline of Leaking: From Chelsea Manning to Reality Winner

Tom Secker and Robbie Martin join me for a very wide ranging discussion on everything from Reality Winner to Dennis Rodman. Tom and I start off the conversation by talking about the Wikileaks Twitter account tweeting about our issue on The American Journal of Economics and Sociology. We talk about the obvious divide right now between Assange and Wikileaks not just in terms of Twitter, but in terms of their media strategy. The three of us then dive into the bizarre case of NSA leaker Reality Winner. We theorize as to whether she is a true leaker, or a truly disgruntled employee. We discuss the possibility that Winner was set up to leak, and if this is really a move by the Trump administration to ward off future potential leakers. Robbie and Tom also touch on the strange behavior of The Intercept and how they mismanaged this entire story and their lack of protection of Reality Winner.

In the second hour we ponder the question as to whether Reality Winner represents a bookend to the celebrity culture of leakers and whistleblowers. We take a close look at Chelsea Manning and her recent media interviews. The three of us talk about the media’s obsession with Manning as a trans celebrity, and the ways in which they have sexualized and fetishized her since her release from prison. We discuss how the media has largely ignored or forgotten the true reasons for why she was imprisoned in the first place: leaking thousands of government documents. We talk about the notion that Bradley Manning and the actions associated with him are now dead and therefore are no longer a topic of discussion among the media. We round out the conversation by talking about Dennis Rodman’s most recent trip to North Korea. We talk about the possibility that Rodman is being used as either a back-channel or some form of intermediary between Kim Jong-Un and US intelligence. Robbie, Tom, and I also touch on the cryptocurrency Potcoin which has sponsored Rodman’s trip to the Hermit Kingdom.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 94 Casting JonBenet with Stephen and Joyce Singular / Epstein Updates

Stephen and Joyce Singular join me in the first hour for a discussion of the genre bending documentary Casting JonBenet. Produced by Netflix and directed by Kitty Green, the film employs a novel approach to true crime documentaries: using an open casting call Green interviews Boulder area actors as they prepare for the roles of John and Patsy Ramesy and other major figures in the case, interspersed with some reenactments, and their own theories as to who committed the crime. We begin by discussing our overall feelings of the film and the merits and disappointments of this unique approach. Joyce and Stephen talk about the fact that this is the first major film to come out on the JonBenet case that actually tackles the topic of child porn rings in Boulder. We also focus on the fact that this film is also the first that actually attempts to humanize John and Patsy Ramsey. The three of us talk about several key scenes in the film in which the actors talk about their own personal experiences (some very similar to this case) where they were presented with serious moral dilemmas. We talk about their own responses to these events and how this offers insight into the actions and emotions of the Ramsey family. Joyce and Stephen also talk about the terrify reality that children are presented with on a daily basis, and why JonBenet continues to be exploited to this day. We also touch on pedophile John Mark Karr’s false confession, the culture of child pageants, and the ways in which the media continues to hide the true of what took place 20 years ago. We close out the first hour by briefly talking about OJ Simpson’s upcoming parole hearing.

In the second hour I break down some of the most recent developments in the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislane legal saga. I address the rumors and allegations that Virginia Giuffre is about to settle her defamation case and why I think it may be bogus. I also explore the other allegations put forth by Conchita Sarnoff that Ghislane Maxwell’s lawyers have no idea where she is. Next I move onto Sarnoff’s recent defense of US attorney and Epstein protector Alex Acosta, and why Sanroff continues to act as the conduit for all important Epstein related news. Later I talk about Epstein’s newest high profile team of lawyers, why he is aligning himself with his employee Lesley Groff, and what this all means moving forward. I finish off by presenting several possibilities for what this all means and if Epstein and company might actually be severed up some real justice. I also announce who my special guest will be next week.

Note: Stephen and Joyce are also working on a new book and documentary dealing with police violence and PTSD. You can find out more about this by visiting StephenSingular.com

Porkins Policy Radio episode 93 What Ever Happened to Egypt with Caram Kapp

Today I am joined by friend of the show Caram Kapp. Caram was last on episode 42 The Homeland Hackers, and returns to discuss the Egyptian uprising six years later. We start off by discussing the basics of the uprising and some of the behind the scenes actors. Caram explains his own experiences as an Egyptian, and as someone who was there on the ground around this time. We touch on the rumors of Western manipulation and how some of these allegations have overshadowed the real life grievances of the Egyptian populace and their reasons for wanting to get rid of Mubarak. Caram and I then move onto the two most important actors of the revolution (The Muslim Brotherhood and the Army) and how they became the ultimate arbiters of the revolution. Caram talks about his time in Cairo just after Brotherhood leader Muhammad Morsi was elected. Caram describes the parallels between Morsi and his brief tenure as president to that of Donald Trump. We talk about similarities in both personality and demeanor, as well as the ways in which Morsi represented “change” and ran on a campaign of making “Egypt Great Again.” Caram and I also discuss the notion that Morsi or those around him were well aware of the realities and influence of the Egyptian military, and understood that they may have been used as a stopgap to put the military back in place.

We expand on this more in the second hour exploring other parallels between Trump, Morsi, and current Egyptian President al-Sisi. Caram and I look at the ways in which al-Sisi and Trump have managed to normalize the military and the police, even when engaging in extreme behavior. Later Caram and I look at some of the recent geopolitical developments in Egypt and how they mirror actions here in the US. We look at the escalating tensions between Sudan and Egypt over the contested Halayeb Triangle and how this mimics Trump’s rhetoric against Mexico. Caram and I also discuss the current state of Egyptian media which like the revolution has returned right back to where it started. Caram and I finish off by looking at where Egypt may be headed and why it has lost influence within the Arab world, and has become one of the forgotten aspects of the Arab Spring.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 92 100 Days of Trump with Robbie Martin

Frequent guest Robbie Martin joins us for an in-depth discussion of Trump, alt-right, Mike Cernovich and more. We begin by discussing Trump’s completion of the “magical” hundred days in office. Robbie and I talk about the media strategy that Trump and his team employed for these first hundred days in the White House. We look at how Trump has reversed positions on nearly all of his campaign promises and the timing of this coinciding with the end of the hundred days. Robbie and I both give our theories as to why he has reserved course before diving into the reaction from his hardcore alt-right base. Robbie and I discuss how the alt-right base has continued to support Trump and defend him despite his broken and reversed promises. Robbie talks about the ways in which they have shifted the argument away from Trump’s failures and onto the neocons, Clinton’s, and leftists in general. We also talk about the most recent invocation of the great existential threat, Russia and Putin. Robbie and I touch on the recent congressional testimony of Sally Yates, and why the democrats are so obsessed with going after Trump’s alleged ties to Russia.

In the second hour Robbie breaks down the strange bromance going on between neocon propagandist Eli Lake and alt-right propagandist Mike Cernovich. Robbie explains the strange similarities between recent stories put out by Lake and Cernovich, which seem to allude them to having the same sources. We talk about the bizarre rise of Cernovich and the way in which the mainstream media continues to prop him up and support him. We also touch on the idea that Cernovich is being groomed to take over from Alex Jones should his legal problems continue to get worse. I also update the listeners on the Giuffre v Maxwell defamation case and Cernovich’s meddling in it. We end by discussing where the hardcore racialist segments of Trump’s base will end up in the foreseeable future. I also do my best impression of Mike Cernovich’s lisp.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 89 Homeland Season 6 Finale with Tom Secker

Tom Secker joins me to wrap up our series of episodes focusing on the sixth season of Homeland. We begin by discussing our thoughts on seeing Dar Adal behind bars (I was quite upset about this). We then move onto some of the major . We discuss what the overarching goals are for the CIA. Ideas and moments in the final two episodes. Tom and I discuss the significance of the show talking about the infamous Office of Policy Coordination and its role in the attempted assassination against the President Elect. We explore why the agency would want the show to mention this. Tom and I also dissect Saul’s assertion that they are fighting back against a CIA engineered coup. Tom talk’s about how this is an oft used plot device in CIA sponsored media. The agency has long glorified the violent revolution orchestrated by themselves. Tom and I ponder if this is one of the goals of this season. We also talk about how this season of Homeland has managed to mimic our current political system better than any other show to date. We touch on the fact that Donald Trump reversed course on all his promises at the same time that the fictional Homeland president does a similar reversal. We also touch on this seasons continued use of the concept of a deep state, and the idea that the CIA are the good guys fighting against it.

In the second hour Tom and I discuss the recent admission by Alex Jones’ lawyer that he is in fact nothing more than a performance artist. We talk about how in some ways this mimics the Brett O’Keefe character on Homeland. Tom and I talk about the impact that this will have on both the alt-media and politics in general. We touch on the idea that there is a reshuffling going on within sectors of the right-wing mainstream and alternative media. I finish off the episode by talking about the recent passing of Will Grigg, his legacy, and how we can help out his family.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 86 Homeland Predicted the Deep State and Alex Jones with Tom Secker

Tom Secker returns for the second installment of our discussion on the sixth season of Homeland. We begin with a quick recap of the past several episodes before diving into the big themes going on this season. Tom and I begin by focusing on the character of Dar Adal and the notion that he represents a faction of the now infamous deep state. We talk about the mysterious private intelligence firm that Adal is using for assassinations, false flag bombings, and information operations. Tom and I discuss what exactly the CIA is getting out of having their favorite TV portray such a nefarious and shadowy organization at the center of the season plot-line. We also touch on the fact that the CIA is virtually nonexistent in this season and what that may mean. The two of us talk about the fact that Homeland has successfully made this whole season revolve around the meme of “fake news” and big data as a powerful tool for manipulation. We talk about the fact that these ideas were woven into the script months before they became talking points for the general public. Tom talks about the power of the fake news meme as a tool of the CIA and National Security State. We also explore the character of Brett O’Keefe who is the greatest characterization of Alex Jones ever. Tom and I talk about O’Keefe’s role as a deep state contractor for Dar Adal, and his efforts to create sock puppet accounts to influence public opinion.

In the second hour Tom ask the question if the CIA is telling us that Alex Jones is in fact an agency asset through Homeland. We explore the various interpretations of the O’Keefe – Jones character and what the CIA may be trying to tell us about the alt-media and conspiracy culture in general. Tom also tells us about his articles in The American Journal of Economics and Sociology. I finish off the show by discussing the increasingly dire situation in Yemen and why no one is talking about it.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 85 The Truth Shall Make You Free with Aaron Franz

Good friend Aaron Franz joins me on the show this week to discuss our recent work in The American Journal of Economics and Sociology. We begin by talking about some of the behind the scenes aspects of the issue. I talk about the whole process of how the issue came into being from the initial offer from Clifford Cobb, getting all the writers together, and dealing with all the road bumps along the way. Aaron and I talk about the actual writing process and the challenges involved in writing for an academic journal. Next we explore Aaron’s piece which deals with secret societies, CIA, occult practices, and the ways in which this is mimicked in Hollywood films. We talk about the similarities between secret societies and the CIA, particularly with their strong reliance on cryptography. Aaron and I discuss the famous Kryptos sculpture outside CIA headquarters and the agencies use of art’s powerful occult properties. We also talk about the bizarre Fallen Angel sculpture in CIA headquarters.

In the second hour we talk about the notion of truth as it now exists today. We begin by talking about the biblical verse “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” which is carved into the lobby wall of the CIA’s Original Headquarters Building. We talk about the significance and deeper meaning behind not only the quote but why CIA Director Allen Dulles insisted that it be inscribed. Later Aaron and I move onto the current environment that we find ourselves in right now. We talk about the way truth has become an almost meaningless notion in today’s political and media landscape and what this means for us as a society. Aaron and I also discuss the hidden truths behind the various statements and missteps of Donald Trump. We talk about the possible occult meanings behind this as well as the notion that a magick spell was cast on America after the election.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 82 Ed Opperman on Epstein Case/ 75th Anniversary of Executive Order 9066

Ed Opperman joins me in the first hour to discuss some of the latest news regarding the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislane Maxwell cases. Ed and talk about Mike Cernovich and his recent attempts to unseal Ghislane Maxwell’s motion for summary judgment. We discuss how Alan Dershowitz has recently submitted a memorandum in full support of Cernovich. Ed and I talk about how bizarre it is for a lawyer of Dershowitz’s stature to attach himself to someone as unhinged as Cernovich. Ed and I contemplate what could be in Maxwell’s summary judgment that would make Dershowitz go through all this trouble. Later Ed and I rant about the way in which the Trump supporters are handling these sorts of stories. We talk about their ability to ignore every story linking the God Emperor Trump to Epstein and his crimes. Ed and I also rant about YouTube conspiracy celebrity George Webb and his ability to spin utter bullshit into conspiracy-crack.

In the second hour I start off by talking about the settlement in the Melania Trump and Webster Tarpley defamation suit. I also talk about the Melania’s new suit against The Daily Mail and the use of lawyer Charles Harder to represent her. Harder is the former lawyer of Hulk Hogan who helped destroy Gawker, and early enemy of Jeffrey Epstein. I also briefly touch on the Peter Theil connection to the Gawker suit. I finish of the show by discussing the 75th anniversary of Executive Order 9066, the act which saw 110,000 people of Japanese descent imprisoned in concentration camps within the United States. I talk about how this has become a largely ignored piece of American history. I lay out how the mind set of the 1940’s is beginning to take shape again today. I also rant about liberals and my complete and utter contempt for them in the Age of Trump.

Mafia survivor and author Frank Dimatteo joins me today for a discussion of his book President Street Boys: Growing up Mafia. Frank explains how he grew up in a world of mobsters in South Brooklyn. We explore the world in which he was born into in South Brooklyn. We talk about famed gangster and “Crazy” Joe Gallo and the Gallo crew as a whole. Frank explains how the Gallo Crew fit into the larger fabric of the New York Mafia, and their eventual war with the Profaci family. Frank talks about the uniqueness of the Gallo crew which included strong ties to black criminal syndicates, a hodge-podge of members including Syrians, Puerto Ricans, and Poles, down to the infamous Mondo The Midget and his pet lion. Frank then tells us about his own family. He talks about his father Ricky who was a trusted Gallo Crew member and the bodyguard to Larry Gallo. Aaron begins by discussing his experiences on Leah Remini’s groundbreaking television series Scientology: The Aftermath. Aaron explains what it was like being interviewed and opening up about a dark chapter in his life and the trauma that Scientology brought down on him. Aaron also talks about the response from Scientology against Aaron, which has been in the form of his very own Scientology hate site. Aaron and I also discuss the significance of this new television series. Aaron explains how this is making a much bigger impact on the public; more so than recent documentaries like Going Clear. Aaron and I also explore the untold story of sexual abuse with the Church of Scientology. We delve into how the Church has covered this up time and time again. Aaron talk about several Scientology run schools, Cadet Orgs, and other related organizations where sexual abuse was going on and was covered up by Scientology. We also talk about the Office of Special Affairs practice of putting people “off lines” (barring you from doing services for the Church, but not kicking you out) after confessing to having sex with minors in auditing sessions.

In the second hour Aaron and I talk about what is currently going on in the upper management levels of Scientology. Aaron talk about David Miscavige’s latest power grab in his unending fight to control every single aspect of Scientology. We also talk about the strange case of David Miscavige’s wife Shelly, who has not been publicly seen for several years.
