According to the government stenographers at the LA Times the CIA is in the process of setting up a drone program in Syria. You can basically hear the CIA officers dictating what to say to the “journalists”. This marks the third such “exclusive” by a western news outlet purporting to show the links between the rebels/foreign terrorists in Syria and America and Europe. The Guardian recently reported that the the French, British and American government were arming and training rebels in Jordan to go and fight in Syria. Of course anyone who reads the alternative media already knew that this was the case a long time ago. Sibel Edmonds and James Corbett reported on the West training and arming militants in Jordan 15 months before the Guardian and Der Spiel were instructed by foreign intelligence agencies to report it. True to form as a collaborator in the Western imperialist campaign, the LA Times frames the new drone program as a contingency plan to safeguard America from Al Qaeda and “extremists” operating in Syria. Alas this is just cover for America and Western Europe’s imperialist crusade against the rest of the world.
For an article without western spin I would read this one from RT.
After hemming and hawing about the hunger strike in the Guantanamo Bay prison, the US government has finally admitted that there are in fact prisoners on hunger strike. As with all scandals involving the state the government is attempting to downplay this as much as possible. It is only conceding that 14 inmates are on hunger strike. This is in stark contrast with what the detainee’s lawyers are saying. According to several lawyers representing the 166 individuals held with out trial, around 130 prisoners in Camp 6 are on hunger strike. Lawyers have claimed that several of the individuals were coughing up blood, as well as looking emaciated. The freedom loving US government flippantly states this is a fabrication. Guantanamo spokesman Navy Capt. Robert Durand had this to say in regards to the hunger strike “Refusing prepared meals and choosing to subsist for a time on snack foods does not constitute a hunger strike.”
In other words, nothing to see here people. You can go back to worrying about Lil Wayne and stop wondering what happens in a highly secret military prison where 166 men languish in legal limbo. There are only a few inmates refusing food and they are sneaking potato chips and cookies when no one is looking.

Great video via Boiling Frogs Post of Anwar Awlaki the so called propagandist for the so called Al Qaeda denouncing the murder of innocent civilians.
The lifting of the 21 year old arms embargo has been floated to the UN Security Council. Colonial master of Somalia, the United States of America, is behind this move to arm the fledgling and ultra corrupt government of Mogadishu. I say Mogadishu because that is all that the Somali “government” truly controls. There are many in both the security council and in Somalia that are terrified of the possibility of the embargo ending. Somalia is still a deeply destabilized state. Many don’t see how arming the Somali security forces will lead to anything other than more violence. Somalis should be especially weary that the U.S. is behind this push for arms to Somalia. America has been meddling in Somali politics for decades now, and no doubt this is their latest move to control the nation. Just think about who will most likely be supplying the Somali security forces with arms? I wonder it it will be our massive military industrial complex. As I have said before this is all America has to offer to Africa. Unlike China that builds infrastructure or simply invests in Africa, America only provides military hardware to military strong men. The perverse fact that the American government and the merchants of death seek to benefit from the bloodshed in Somalia is all the more troubling. One last final thing to keep in mind also comes from the Reuters article. The security councils Monitoring Group of Somalia and Eritrea has reported that there are already al Shabaab militants that have infiltrated units of the security forces in Somalia. So with the lifting of the arms embargo America can do what it does best; give arms to a group that is hostile to them. It’s worked out splendidly in Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Central Asia, so why not do it in Somalia. I mean whats the worst that could happen?
Woops. That is what the U.S. government is saying in regards to it’s data on Taliban attacks in the year 2012. The government for months now has been touting reports that Taliban violence has been down more than ever. Obama uses this as a way to show that his surge worked. Well it turns out that due to a “clerical error” all of that was completely false, and instead the level of attacks by the Taliban against international forces has not changed at all from 2011. No doubt the war criminal in chief and the rest of his minions are feeling pretty sore about all this. Kelly Vlahos has a really interesting article discussing the “clerical error” in which she brings up another lie we were told about the goings on in Afghanistan. She discusses the erroneous statements that Gen. Petraeus made regarding the decline of IED attacks, which also turned out to be completely and utterly false, as in the same vain as the reports on Taliban violence that are now apparently untrue. In essence these perfect pictures of Afghanistan that are presented to us are always false or at least greatly exaggerated. Vlahos also points out that the military spent in 2009 a horrendous “$4.7 billion a year on ‘strategic communications, ‘ which included $1.6 billion for recruitment and $547 million for public affairs at home.” Strategic communications is military jargon for military propaganda designed to make the military look like a gentle, benevolent, and above all else loved force for good. Seems as if that $1.6 billion that stolen from the American people didn’t really pay off. Dam those clerical errors!
Obama’s re-colonization of Africa continues to march on. The imperialist president has alerted Congress that he has sent 100 armed troops to Niger helping to set up the newest drone base in Africa. Supposedly the drone base is there to help the French imperialists fight Al Qaeda militants in neighboring Mali, but this is just cover for AFRICOM’s conquest of west Africa. Even though this is being reported in the mainstream media the general public doesn’t seem to care. For the political right this is totally fine and justifiable in their unending fight against Islamic terrorists, where as the cowardly left is completely fine with this provided the person implementing it has a “D” next to their name. The African people, who will suffer the blowback of such policies, are of course never consulted on wether or not they would like an American special forces operating an assassination drone base in their country. Obama relies on the support of authoritarian African leaders who will sell out their own country for money and military hardware from America. With all of the discussion in the past few weeks on drones, thanks in part to the Senate confirmation hearings of the assassination czar John Brennan, you might think that Americans would at the very least question the perceived benefit of yet another drone base in a foreign country. But alas the general public doesn’t bat an eye. What’s to worry about? It’s not like an influx of American military personal and advisers has ever had a negative effect on a foreign countries politics or internal conflicts.

Jan Brewer is hopping mad. What is it this time? Why those dam Mexican drug cartels that are about to march into Arizona. The Governor told Fox News all about her fact finding mission in which she flew in a Black Hawk helicopter and
saw them on the other side, the drug cartels, ready to come across in the middle of the night. It is not secure.
What Brewer thinks these cartels are going to do is beyond me. It is remarkable that a governor that lives so close to Mexico and drug war would be so naive. The cartels don’t want to march into America and conquer it, they want to traffic drugs and make money. Every so often politicians rehash this ridiculous notion that the cartels want to invade their biggest and most reliable customer. The cartels have no incentive to bring the violence from Mexico over into America; not when it would affect their massive profit margins. Jan Brewer is just looking to beat up on Mexicans and score cheap political points. Surprise surprise.
FULL DISCLOSURE: I am no longer associated with Sibel Edmond, or BoilingFrogs/Newsbud. I think she is a con-artist and a petty and vindictive individual. If you want to know more about why I broke off all ties with Sibel you can find out more here:
For the past several weeks James Corbett and FBI whistle blower Sibel Edmonds have been conducting the most fascinating series of interviews on the planet. They deal with Operation Gladio and its very overlooked role in Turkey. Now there is a lot of information in these interviews so I urge you to really set aside some time to watch these so you can better absorb what is being said and exposed. What Sibel Edmonds discusses will destroy all of the propaganda that has been force fed to us for decades about terrorism, our current “war on terror”, 9/11, drugs trafficking, fundamentalist Islam, destabilization of Central Asia, and perhaps most important, the actual nature and goals of NATO and there globalist leaders. Of course for I urge you to go out and purchase Sibel Edmonds memoir Classified Woman: The Sibel Edmonds Story.

When Washington and Colorado defied our oppressive Federal government and nullified the national drugs laws prohibiting the recreational use of marijuana many including myself rejoiced at this magnificent event. Perhaps this would act as a wakeup call to other states that they don’t have to roll over and accept whatever unjust law the Federal government implements. There was even the added bonus that President Obama said in an ABC interview that
We’ve got bigger fish to fry. It would not make sense for us to see a top priority as going after recreational users in states that have determined that it’s legal.”
Well it is safe to say that Obama really choose his words carefully; recreational users won’t be pursued. It turns out that Obama’s fascist drug czar will in fact be arresting people for marijuana. They instead will just target “distributors and large scale growers.” I guess it really shouldn’t surprise us that a former member of the Choom Gang would be so two faced about the war on drugs. This is the same great leader who promised to stop the crack down on medical marijuana dispensaries only to turn around and have the DEA raid dispensaries four times as much as President Bush. Obama has also accelerated the militarization of the conflict in Central America in yet another futile attempt by a president to rid the world of the evils of drugs. Yet we should not acquiesce. Nullification represents the most significant and powerful tool that we as a society posses in stopping the tyrannical forces of the state. Be it drugs laws, NDAA, drones, and yes even Obamacare, we do have a method with which to combat the rise of the police state.
