How does a company get sold and traded at more than 100%? Michael Swanson explained what happened at Game Stop. Is Robin Hood taking from rich people and giving trade options to the poor?
Is there a squeeze on silver? How reckless are current trade practices? Chuck asked Michael how all this works.
Pearse Redmond talked about the MEK and Iran. Porkins explains how one type of explosive keeps getting found on many alleged attackers. What does the most embarrassing Italian named Rudy have to do with all this? Is Israel funding the Iranian opposition?
Chuck is taking a break from LIVE shows until February 16.
Michael Swanson, former hedge fund manager who runs the financial website WallStreetWindow.com, has a Masters Degree in American History and is the author of the book The War State: The Cold War Origins Of The Military-Industrial Complex And The Power Elite Joins us to discuss Tragedy and Hope with only a vague mention of Carol Quigley.
That’s right, we discuss the recent resignation of another Trump administration staple, and the Kavanaugh ripple in the news-cycle along with the realities of intoxication.
A surprise call-in from longtime supporter of the Ochelli Effect and Patricia B. takes place during this hour. She is visiting Georgia and Chuck invites her for a cup of coffee. For years she has supported the show along with Meria Heller, and Jack Blood. This is the first time she has actually spoken to Chuck, and she got to say hello to the great Mike Swanson.
In the second hour, Pearse Redmond joins us to try and fit many conspiracy puzzle pieces together. What do we bring to the table?
MEK, Kavanaugh, Vince Foster, Saudi Royals, 9-11, swamp things, and other creatures of the alleged “Deep State”. There should be a book called “How To Get Your Cows To Love Their Butchers” written for the Trumpian GOP.
Porkins always keeps up with the erratic rants from Chuck, and this is a classic example of exactly that.
What will historians eventually decide about the assassination of JFK? Michael Swanson discusses this with Chuck and both partake in educated speculation on the matter.
What does the old rule of perspective have to do with modern conventions?
Mike is writing a book about the Vietnam War and keeps learning new things.
Is the distance of generations required to judge history? How will The JFK Research community be viewed in context?
Will future generations have no desire to care about the Kennedy assassination? Does anyone even remotely think World War One is as important as it actually is?
How did the Romans handle history? How bad are standard textbooks?
Pearse Redmond joins in the second hour.
The latest pointless debates over the SCOTUS nominee are discussed.
The War of Terror is still a thing. One wonders if historians will be able to untangle the mess of the alleged War already in progress.
Why is Iran the re-visited fabled enemy of the day?
Christoph and I are back! After a long hiatus we have returned with a jam packed episode. In the first segment we discuss the bizarre “bomb plot” to attack the recent MEK Summit in Paris. Then we explore the allegations that this was orchestrated by the Iranian government and the bogus claims by the West and Israel about a network of sleeper cells across Europe. We then turn to a discussion about those swept up in the investigation–including an Iranian diplomat from Austria.

We close out with our traditional “weird terrorism” section. I talk about the return of Afghanistan’s Vice President, Abdul Rashid Dostum, from self imposed exile in Turkey, which resulted from assault and rape charges. Christoph shares an interesting interview of a former U.S. Army sniper who fought alongside the KLA in the 90’s on behalf of a foreign defense ministry.
In the first hour JP Sottile joins me to break down the recent Trump-Putin Summit in Helsinki. We start off with Trump’s recent reversal on comments he made stating that Russia didn’t interfere with the election. JP and I then get into the press conference itself and pick apart some of the major takeaways. JP talks about Bill Browder and Putin’s allegations about him and Hillary Clinton. We also talk about the strange “dry mouth” that Trump appeared to have during the presser and explore Trump’s possible health problems. I also ask JP about his strange comments regarding Israel. JP offers up his own analysis of this, diving into the geopolitics of Syria and Russia. We finish off by talking about the possibility that the US is seriously planning regime change in Iran. JP and I focus on the recent actions of the MEK, the bogus bomb plot in Paris, and Russia’s desire to ensure that Iran is not an energy powerhouse in the region.
In the second hour Aaron Franz joins me to discuss Elon Musk’s latest PR disaster. We talk about his insane tweets accusing diver Vern Unsworth of being a pedo, and his disastrous attempt to save the Thai soccer team with a mini-submarine. On this episode Christoph and I discuss several recent Gladio B revelations from Russia, China and even Kyrgyzstan. First we update listeners on the Boris Nemstov assassination investigation. We discuss how the case has hit a brick wall in terms of suspects and progress. We explain how the main suspect, Zaur Dadev, has recanted almost his entire story. We also discuss how alleged ringleader Ruslan Geremeev has vanished from Russia and is most likely hiding out in Dubai. We then move onto our first Gladio B story with the recent “revelation” from Putin that the FSB has intercepted communications between the US and Chechen terrorists in Azerbaijan. Christoph breaks this down for us and explains the context in which Putin chose to reveal this: a Russian TV documentary on his 15 years in power.
Next we move our focus to China and its ongoing fight against the Gladio B network. We talk about the recent Uighur smuggling rings that have been exposed in Malaysia and Thailand, as well as how South China has become the premier destination for Uighurs who go off to fight in Syria and elsewhere.
We then move on to a bizarre story that was broken by the South China Morning Post about an “American scholar” who was recruiting Uighur students to fight abroad. We wrap up this section by discussing how the CIA-backed Gulen movement has been exploiting this situation to attack the CIA-backed Erdogan government.
As we finish off our Gladio B extravaganza we turn our attention to the mysterious 150 tons of “diplomatic mail” that was delivered to the US embassy in Bishek, Kyrgyzstan. We discuss what might be in this cargo (money, arms, spy equipment) and whether or not this may be part of some sort of “Maidan” color revolution.
We finish of the episode by taking a look at a recent Congressional Hearing that featured Washington’s favorite terrorist cult leader, Maryam Rajavi, leader of the MEK, discussing how best to defeat ISIS.
Members of the terrorist Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (file photo)
Sat Oct 19, 2013 5:33PM GMT
At least another 70 member of the terrorist Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) have parted ways with the group after being transferred from Iraq to Albania.
A defected leader of the group, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Saturday that certain high-ranking officials were among the defectors.
He said that all the MKO defectors have been housed in a building away from other MKO members and cannot contact their families. The MKO is listed as a terrorist organization by much of the international community and has committed numerous terrorist acts against Iranians and Iraqis.
The group fled Iran in 1986 for Iraq, where it received the support of Iraq’s former dictator Saddam Hussein and set up camp near the Iranian border.
In December 2011, the United Nations and Baghdad agreed to relocate some 3,000 MKO members from Camp New Iraq, formerly known as Camp Ashraf, to Camp Liberty. The last group of MKO terrorists was evicted by the Iraqi government on September 11 to join the other members of the terrorist group at Camp Liberty near Baghdad International Airport and await relocation to other countries.
On March 16, Albania’s Prime Minister Sali Berisha announced in a statement that the Albanian government is ready to accommodate 210 members of the MKO group in Tirana “for humanitarian reasons.”
Political experts, however, warn that Albania’s decision to grant asylum to the MKO members has nothing to do with humanitarian concerns, and will give the terrorists a safe haven where they can work with former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).
The KLA is notorious as a murderous group of drug traffickers and terrorists who receive training from NATO and the United States for operations around the world.
Here is some advice to any terrorists trying to get off the State Department terror list; work for the United States and Israel. The MEK will be taken off the list at the behest of Secretary Clinton as early as today. The evidence that the MEK is being used by Israel to assassinate Iranian scientists is very well documented at this point. And the intense lobbying by American officials on behalf of the terrorist cult is widespread in Washington DC.
The delisting should prove to Iran and its population that America has every intention of fomenting regime change, and no intention of negotiating a peaceful settlement over the nuclear issue. Like all other US policies towards Iran, the delisting should also help to consolidate the Iranian elites power over the population. Liberal Tehran Iranians don’t like the MEK. They will not side with an Israeli/American backed terror group against their own government. The brutal sanctions have not resulted in Iranians rising up against the regime. Why would a terror group that fought on the side of Saddam Hussein be welcomed by the Iranian public? Iran’s population will see this as yet another attempt by the United States to try and dominate them.
Here is a decent look at the group that Hillary Clinton, Rudy Giuliani, Howard Dean, Frans Townsend and all the other plastic people in DC are so eager to embrace.
