Porkins Policy Radio episode 175 John Potash Drugs as Weapons Against Us

Writer and filmmaker John Potash joined me to discuss his latest documentary Drugs As Weapons Against Us. We talked about the main thesis behind the film and the original book. We discussed about the CIA’s involvement in the LSD movement in the 1960’s with groups like The Brotherhood of Eternal Love and the Mellon Hitchcock family. John talked about how this connects to the CIA’s MK Ultra program. We touched on how the CIA and their connected groups used LSD to derail and destroy leftist and revolutionary organizations throughout the 60’s and 70’s. John talked about how Students for a Democratic Society was torn apart by the deliberate introduction of LSD to the group. Later we talked about how various government informants pushed the use of cocaine on Black Panthers such as Huey P Newton. John and I also discuss how drugs were used against radical musicians including Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, and Tupac Shakur. We finish off the conversation by looking at the continued legacy of many of these operations. John talks about the work that the Heffter Institute and Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies are doing and their similarities to MK Ultra.

Writer, comedian, and University of Bath teaching fellow, Matthew Alford joined me to discuss his latest book Union Union Jackboot: What Your Media and Professors Don’t Tell You About British Foreign Policy, which we co-authored with TJ Coles. We started off the conversation by discussing the unique structure of the book. Matt and I talked about the perception of British foreign policy we see today in the media. We touch on the brutal legacy the British Empire has had around the world, and take shots at some of the UK’s sacred cows like Winston Churchill. We also discussed why the media, Conservatives, and many in Labour despises Jeremy Corbyn. We talked about the way that Corbyn is perceived, many times incorrectly. Matt also talks about Brexit and why we should never feel sorry for Theresa May. Porkins Policy Radio episode 170 JP Sottile and Robbie Martin on 2020 Dems, Trumps future, and neocon Tulsi Gabbard

JP Sottile joined me in the first hour to discuss the current political climate and the soon approaching 2020 Presidential election. We talked about the possibility of Trump not running in 2020 and the potential Republicans that might take his place. JP floated the idea of both John Kasich and Nikki Haley running. Later we talked about the seemingly endless list of Democrats lining up to take the nomination. JP and I touch on Kamala Harris, Beto O’Rourke, Mitch Landrieu, John Hickenlooper, Julian Castro, Kirsten Gillibrand, and Joe Biden. We discussed the multitude of political problems with these potential candidates, and the shift within the Democratic party. JP also touched on the rise of figures like Ocasio Cortez who may represent the first real step towards true democratic-socialism. We also discussed what the true role of William Barr will be while acting Attorney General and the decline of the Trump wing of the GOP.

In the second hour Robbie Martin joined me to break down one 2020 presidential hopeful, Tulsi Gabbard. Robbie explained how Gabbard is wrongly being trotted out as the anti-war/ anti-interventionist candidate in 2020. Robbie talked about Gabbard’s support of torture and her neoconservative views on terrorism and the War on Terror. We touched on her anti-Muslim Hindu nationalist rhetoric and how that contributes to her hawkish views. Robbie and I also talked about the response from the left which has been to praise Gabbard as some sort of peace loving dove who will stop all the foreign wars. We also touched on the recent moves by the US to overthrow Maduro in Venezuela. Robbie and I talked about Venezuela being a true litmus test for anti-imperialists. We end by talking about Gabbard’s bizarre views on gay rights and what supposedly made her a defender of the LGBTQ community.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 155 Maduro assassination attempt and economic warfare on Venezuela with Paul Dobson

This week my guest is journalist Paul Dobson of Venezuelanalysis. We had a wide ranging discussion on Venezuela, its current political and economic situation, and western media distortions. First, we covered the recent terrorist attack on President Maduro’s life on August 4th. We touched on the right-wing media operations out of Miami, which supported this terrorist act, as well as the role of ultra right-wing activists in Venezuela and Colombia. Paul and I discussed the arrest of opposition politician Juan Requesens in connection with the attack. We also talked about the alleged role that former National Assembly President Julio Borges played in Bogota. Paul also mentions the shadowy Osman Delgado Tabosky, who has been named by the Venezuelan government as a financier of the attack.

In the second hour Paul and I discussed the current economic problems in Venezuela. Paul talked about the devastating effects that U.S. sanctions are having on the Venezuelan people. Then we talked about the lack of specialized medicine due to sanctions on major financial institutions such as Citibank. We also addressed the reasons why Venezuelans must wait in line for gasoline despite being an oil rich nation. We explained how organizations like the IMF and World Bank are waiting to swoop in to exert total control of the economy through the use of loans and bailouts. Finally, we closed out by talking about Venezuela’s vibrant democratic process and the ways in which the western media continues to present a false narrative of its electoral system.

The Ochelli Effect: Reality Stars Gone Wild

From Ochelli.com

TV Reality Stars Gone Wild ? Porkins takes the first hour as we slog through the alleged alt. media and the strange ways people will flip their positions to serve emotional stupidity. How exhausted is everyone from the news cycles? Does anyone consider the total effect of mass shootings like the most recent one in Florida ? Does the MSM only get motivated when it is white faces crying for their cameras? By The Way what the hell is that noise outside Redmond’s window? Who in their right mind floats banks deciding if you can have a gun? Is the violence built in to the American culture something that can never be removed? It was a late start , but we got to all of this in the first hour…

Second hour the News Vandal himself JP Sottile joins us to add much needed perspective. After Chuck jokes about JP showing up every 28 Days or so we get into it. Has Agent Orange AKA Trump been the thing the CIA has waited for to destroy legitimate Conspiracy culture? Is this The Ochelli Effect’s Yogi Berra Moment? Are You Not Entertained?

No Mike Swanson This week , but we had two of the best regulars on the show we could get. Mike will return soon to complete the Wall Street History discussion and it will link perfectly to this show.

PPR Bonus Podcast ep 14 Chelsea Manning and the Alt Right

I discuss the recent news that Chelsea Manning has been spending time with major figures of the alt-right movemnt. I discuss her attendance of Mike Cernovich’s “A Night for Freedom” party alongside Gavin McInnes, Cassandra Fairbanks, Jack Posobiec, and Stephan Molyneux to may a few. I talk about the story as it unfolded the night in question, and how the alt-right, left, and Manning attempted to craft a narrative. Later I discuss Fairbanks explanation and Manning’s claims that she was using Fairbanks to gather intelligence. I also point out that Manning has been photographed multiple times with alt-right celebrities.

Later I present several possible theories as to why Manning was doing this. I focus on the idea that she is still working for the government as some sort of asset. I also touch on how informing and gathering intelligence on anyone is a nasty business fraught with serious moral problems. The show ends with me talking about Manning’s hypocrisy, and why she is not a true hero for the trans movement.

From Ochelli.com

Friend of the show and fellow radio host Pearse Redmond joins Chuck on short notice to capture the current zeitgeist in a two hour discussion. Examining all things ranging from the alleged protests being planned on November 4 2017 to the less than likely chances of success for those that wish to remove the twisted thorn of sexual violence and lust for blood that may or may not be uniquely American in it’s intensity. What of the mass shooting in Vegas? Is there such a thing as Liberalism any longer? Are government agencies conducting data collection with the new trump spin on the agenda? What in the Hell is actually wrong with the man-child Trump? Guess we’ll see? Sadly no one noticed Roger Stone recently? Wars,Rumors of Wars, News , Rumors of News? Pop goes animated sex and violence Is stupidity and thus support for Agent Orange a regional consideration? By The way is Puerto Rico all good now? How are you actually doing? Porkins Policy Radio episode 103 Helping in Palestine and Armchair Investigators

In the first hour I am joined by my good friend Lizzy to discuss her recent work in Palestine. Lizzy just returned from the town of Beit Sahour where she was teaching music to child refugees. We talk about Her experiences in actually traveling to Palestine from the US and some of the bizarre realities of this process. I also share some of my own personal experience traveling to Palestine and my trouble when leaving Israel. We then move onto the issue of Islamophobia and discuss the realities of it and how it can subconsciously manifest itself. Lizzy discusses how her three years living in Israel affected her views on Palestinians, even manifesting into irrational fears based on lies. Lizzy also talks about her co-workers in Palestine and their experiences being jailed by the Israeli military. Later the two of us talk about the racist undertones of Israeli youth, and how they have isolated themselves from the reality that is all around them. We also finish talk about why young people are not more involved in the plight of the Palestinians. We finish off by discussing Lizzy’s college’s squeamishness with her writing on her experience in Palestinian which they deemed to “political.”

In the second hour I talk about some recent “revelations” regarding the Jeffrey Epstein case and why I think we should be careful about reading too much into them. I talk about the latest armchair experts who have emerged on Twitter claiming to have all the answers and smoking guns about the case and its relationship to Trump. I place particular focus on a man called Claude Taylor who has recently garnered quite a bit of attention both in the alternative and mainstream media for his Tweets on Trump and Epstein. I talk about his credentials as a White House Staffer and other issues I have with his story. I also talk about this is the context of some of the serious problems facing the way in which the alt/conspiracy community has been investigating and covering some important stories.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 100 Manchester Bombing Updates with Keelan Balderson

Keelan Balderson of WideShut.co.uk joins me again to discuss the latest developments in the Manchester Bombing case. We begin by briefly discussing how the bombing has evolved as a news story, and they way it is being perceived in the U.K.  We then move onto the latest developments in the actual investigation. Keelan and I talk about the authorities back and forth narrative of this being a lone wolf attack or part of a larger plot. We talk about the police recently stating that there could have been multiple people who knew Salman Abedi was going to bomb the arena. The two of point out how this is yet another change in direction after the authorities released over a dozen people suspected of being involved in the attack. Keelan also gives us the latest details coming out of Libya. He talks about the claims being made by the RADA militia that Salman’s brother Hashem has confessed to buying the parts for the bomb while in Manchester visiting. We also touch on the claims that Salman Abedi was sent to a bomb making school in Libya by his father. Keelan and I again touch in the deep connections that Abedi had to British intelligence, and ponder if the Libyans are attempting to hide these details. Next we take a look at claims made by the bizarre “NGO” Quilliam, which stated that Abedi learned how to make construct the bomb from a YouTube video. Keelan also touches on the stranger claim by Qulliam that the chemical TATP was used in the bomb. We point out that this is yet another in a long series of claims which have sought to connect Manchester to 7/7. We also look at a recent David Shayler interview where he asserted that Salman’s father Ramadan is the infamous “Tunworth” who was tasked by MI6 with trying to assassinate Gaddafi. We also touch on the fact that Abedi met twice with a convicted Libyan terrorist in prison in the U.K.

In the second hour we take a closer look at the two recent inquests into the victims and Abedi’s deaths.  Keelan first explains what an inquest entails, and what we can except to learn from them. Keelan tells us all about this new diagram of the bomb blast which contains a series of interesting new claims. We explore why the diagram does not show where Abedi’s body was discovered, and the inclusion of more victims. Keelan also points to the diagrams revelation that a CCTV camera appears to have been pointed exactly where Abedi set of the bomb. The two of us ask the question as to whether this footage will show Abedi detonating the device, or if we will ever even see the footage. Keelan and I also talk about some of the other CCTV images that have come out in recent weeks and speculate as to what they might represent. We end the conversation by exploring the notion that Manchester is part of a larger Gladio style operation happening predominantly in Europe. We talk about the rise of the right wing and attacks like the one at the Finsbury Park Mosque and how this relates to a new Gladio. Keelan and I also ponder what might be next.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 90 Revolutionary Round Table with Chuck Ochelli and Tom Secker

Chuck Ochelli and Tom Secker join me today for a discussion on the current “revolutions” going on within society. We start off by looking at Snowden and his role as a synthetic agent of revolution. We then look at the rise of the alt-right and their political rhetoric. We talk about how it has now cool to be a right-winger, and how it is both counter culture and revolutionary to be right wing. We look at the role that the government may be playing in fomenting these so called revolutionary movements. The three of us also look at the rise of far right and far left groups and how they are both being manipulated into committing acts of violence. We explore the recent clashes in Berkeley and how it represents the devolution of political thought.

In the second hour Chuck and I rant about the collective passivity of American society. We talk about the decline in entertainment and how the lack of public outrage only feeds it. Chuck talks about the role that mass consumerism is playing and the threat that it poses to us. We expand this out into the political realm and explore how this has lead us to accept military airstrikes in Syria and elsewhere. Chuck and I also talk about the downfall and possible comeback of Bill O’Reily and the performance artist formerly known as Alex Jones. We also talk about the recent war of words with North Korea.
